The IATA Customer Portal Mobile Application will provide youaccessto a suite of relevant services for your business. KeyFeatures: •Access to IATA Customer E-Statement (ICE): Using thisservice, youas a travel or cargo agency can check your balances forthe recentbilling cycles. You can also view the remittance datesapplicableto you, and choose to sync them to the calendar of yourphone foryou to set needed alerts there. The ICE service will besending youpush notifications for updates of your balances. •Access to RiskProfile and Remittance Holding Capacity (RHC): Usingthis service,you as a travel or cargo agency under Resolution 812,can check theusage of your Remittance Holding Capacity in additionto anyinformation relating to it. You can also check you riskstatus,your available forms of payment, and your risk eventhistory. TheRisk Profile & RHC service will be sending younotificationswhen you reach 50%, 75% and 100% of your RemittanceHoldingCapacity, in addition to notification when there is anychange inyour risk status. • Direct Contact Support functionalities(casecreation / chat / call / access to my cases): Thisfunctionalitywill allow you as a customer of IATA to contact thecustomerservice team located around in the IATA FinancialDistributionServices - Global Delivery Center. You can contact yourcustomerservice representative using a phone call or a chat if thetimepermits, or you can always submit a query that will beansweredpromptly by our staff. To re-open borders without quarantine and restart aviation,airlines and governments need to be confident that they areeffectively mitigating the risk of transmission of disease. Thismeans having up to date information on passengers’ health status.The IATA Travel Pass is a digital platform for passengers whichallows airlines and governments to do this. It allows passengers tofind accurate information on travel, testing and vaccinerequirements for their journey. Authorised labs and test centrescan then send the results to each passenger in a verifiable, safeand private way. Passengers can also scan health certificate QRcode from 34 countries with many more to come across the globe.While many governments accept electronic presentation of test andvaccine certificate on a mobile device, only a few endorse specificsolutions publicly, but we are working with them to communicatemore broadly about it. The government of Panama officially endorsesIATA Travel Pass and we are sure more will follow this path. IATATravel Pass is based on 'Self-sovereign identity', giving thepassenger complete control over their data. Working in consultationwith freightforwarders, ground handling agents and airlines, IATAhas developeda product, DG AutoCheck, that automates theverification andacceptance of dangerous goods offered as air cargo.DG AutoCheckhelps operational staff at freight forwarders, groundhandlingagents and airlines to more efficiently process theacceptance ofdangerous goods consignments while further improvingsafety. DGAutoCheck works by using optical character recognition(OCR) toconvert the information on the paper Shipper’s DeclarationforDangerous Goods (DGD) into data, which is thenautomaticallyvalidated against all relevant rules and regulationscontained inthe IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations (DGR), includingall StateVariations, Operator Variations and Special Provisions.The IATADGR is the standard used and trusted by the industry formore than60 years. DG AutoCheck can also accept the informationrequired onthe Shipper’s Declaration as data in the form of theIATA XML e-DGD(XSDG) where the shipper and airline have agreed tothe use ofelectronic data in place of the paper DGD. Havingverified theintegrity and completeness of the DGD, DG AutoCheckthen providesthe user with a pictorial representation of thepackage(s) andoverpack(s), showing all required marks and labels tosupportdecision making.
